And the shortlisted teams are...

6 cities and 30 submissions later, the entire team at #codeathon and our supporters would like to thank you all for your commendable efforts in taking a concept that is seemingly abstract and turn it into concrete action. The following projects have made it for into the next round of interviews for #codeathon 2017 from which our final, global winners will be selected!

For those of you who are not shortlisted, we urge you to consider this as the start of a journey. At Code for Asia, we are committed to helping young people learn and access digital opportunities so we will continue to come up with more community learning experiences for you to grow and develop. Think of #codeathon 2017 as an "alpha release", there will be better versions down the way. ;)

We are immensely grateful for everyone's involvement and appreciate all your patience for our inaugural run. #codeathon will keep getting better as do you as well.
